Leadership Types & Team Communication Seminar

In this training, teams are given an assessment that helps individuals identify their leadership type. From there, teams will learn about how their leadership type interacts with others, participants learn how to best communicate and collaborate together as a team. This seminar is conducted by Josh Willaford. He has conducted this training with church staffs, board, departmental leadership teams, and church volunteers. This training can be completed in roughly 1-2 hours depending upon the needs of the group.

Grow & Multiply Seminar

Often leaders are overwhelmed by the demands of their role. Many times, it can be difficult to focus on what matters most. In this seminar, leaders will learn the two fundamental practices that are critical to your success as a leader. This seminar is conducted by Josh Willaford. He has conducted this training with church staffs, board, departmental leadership teams, and church volunteers. This training can be completed in roughly 1-2 hours depending upon the needs of the group.
